Description
Die GfA betreibt am Standort Geiselbullach ein abfallbefeuertes Heizkraftwerk zur Strom- und Wärmeerzeugung. Im Zuge der Erhöhung der Fernwärme-Auskopplung ist die Installation einer neuen Dampfturbine vorgesehen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung Los 1 Dampfturbosatz sind: Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebsetzung, Probebetrieb und Dokumentation einer Dampfturbinenanlage bestehend aus den Hauptkomponenten: - zweigeteilter Turbosatz bestehend aus: Gegendruckturbine (ca. 6 MWel, Frischdampf 40,5 °bara / 405 °C/ 53 t/h); und Kondensationsturbine (ca. 5,5 MWel, Frischdampf 4,0 bar / 148 °C/ 48 t/h, Getriebe, Schnellschlusskupplung, Generator 10,5 kV, - Leckdampfkondensator, - Schmier- und Steuerölaggregat inkl. Tanks (doppelwandig oder einwandig mit Auffangwanne und Leckageüberwachung), Pumpen, Armaturen, Öldunstabscheider; Kühlereinheiten; - Alle Armaturen (Absperren, Regeln, Sicherheit, Messen, Schmutzrückhaltung, Rückschlag, Entwässerung und Entlüftung), verbindende Rohrleitungen auf dem Turbinenpackage, Überströmleitung zwischen Gegendruck- und Kondensationsturbine mit Abgang in das GfA-Dampfnetz sowie zum LuKo, - Wärmedämmung, - EMSR-Systeme: Steuerung und Regelung, vo…
