Die Stadt Wolfratshausen beabsichtigt im Zuge der Generalsanierung und Erweiterung der Grund- und Mittelschule Wolfratshausen am Hammerschmiedweg das Gewerk Dacharbeiten Satteldach im ersten Bauabschnitt zu vergeben. Der erste Bauabschnitt umfasst den Neubau Bauteil BT3 Erschließungshalle (Flachdach) und den Neubau Bauteil BT6 Grundschule (Satteldach). Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet folgende Leistungen: Dachabdichtungs und Dämmarbeiten BT 6: - 850m2 Satteldach BT6, Dämmung - 850m2 Satteldach BT6, wasserdichtes Unterdach, 2 lagig Bituminös Ziegeldachdeckarbeiten: - 850 m2 Deckung mit Glattziegeln, Ausbildung First, Ortgang, Traufe Klempnerarbeiten: - 72m Hängedachrinne - 100m Regenfallrohre
