Für den Neubau des Betriebshofes der Technischen Dienste der Stadt Sundern ist die Errichtung eines Flachdaches geplant, dessen Tragwerk aus einer Balkenlage mit OSB Beplankung und Gefälledämmung erstellt werden soll. Das gesamte Dach ist als Gründach mit extensiver Dachbegrünung geplant.
