Description
Die Stadtwerke Achim AG plant einen Büro-Neubau mit drei Geschossen sowie einem Untergeschoss. Das Gebäude schließt an einen Bestandsobjekt auf allen oberirdischen Geschossen ebenengleich an. Alle Dachflächen sind als Flachdach geplant und werden zur Entwässerung mit Gefälledämmung ausgestattet. Die Dachfläche der Aufstockung erhält nur eine Dachabdichtung. Auf dem Neubau sind ergänzend ein Gründach mit Kieseinfassung und Gehwegen herzustellen. Die technische Ausstattung auf dem Dach beinhaltet ein Lüftungsgerät sowie eine PV-Anlage. Die PV-Anlage wird separat geliefert und montiert. Nähere Informationen sind in den jeweiligen Leistungsverzeichnissen bzw. den Plänen angegeben.
