Součástí je přestavba MÚK Brno-jih na kapacitnější řešení, přestavba dálnice D2 v úseku km -0,430 až 0,965 a souběžných kolektorů včetně nezbytného vybavení a příslušenství. Součástí stavby je i úprava dotčených komunikací a inženýrských sítí.
