Przedmiotem zamówienia jest czarter jednostki pływającej wraz z załogą w celu odbycia dwóch rejsów na Svalbard w 2024 r., w tym: 1) przetransportowania osób i ładunków na trasie: dowolny port morski na terytorium RP – Svalbard – dowolny port morski na terytorium RP; 2) przetransportowania osób i ładunków na trasach lokalnych na terytorium Svalbardu.
