AtB ́s customer centre is responsible for handling customer enquiries connected to the company's services and functions as an important link between AtB and customers and between the different sections internally in the organisation. The customer centre ́s task is to answer questions, provide service and forward feedback to the correct specialist department. Customer Service requires a customer management system that shall contribute to: Support simple and efficient handling of customer enquiries, and automate work processes for customer service representative ServicesBidra to a positive customer experience.
