Description
With the RFP (request for proposals) Yle looked for a solution with technical capability in collecting and managing customer behavioural data (later also referred as “Solution”). Yle seeks to improve customer satisfaction and experience by providing personalised services in a privacy friendly manner. Customer analytics is a key technology in understanding customer insights and needs. Please see the RFP documents for more information and detailed description of the procurement. The given price is only an estimation based on the best knowledge during the RFP phase.
