Description
Om een duurzame groei van ons publiek te bereiken, moet de NPO verder gaan dan alleen het bereiken van een groot publiek. In plaats daarvan moet de NPO de gebruikersretentie verhogen, de betrokkenheid vergroten en de media-uitgaven optimaliseren om ervoor te zorgen dat elke interactie bijdraagt aan langdurige relaties met onze gebruikers. Een robuuste Martech-infrastructuur die onze first-party data centraliseert, activeert en benut om meetbare business impact te genereren is hiervoor nodig. We zijn op zoek naar een Customer Engagement Platform dat integreert met onze bestaande data-infrastructuur en geavanceerde segmentatie en activatie mogelijk maakt.
