Description
De mediaconsumptie is radicaal aan het veranderen. Ook als VRT hebben we de digitale versnelling ingezet. We investeren meer in mobiele media, werken meer gepersonaliseerd en meer on demand. Binnen deze filosofie willen we digitaal kunnen interageren met deze gebruikers via nieuwsbrieven, campagnemails en geautomatiseerde e-mails. Deze berichten kunnen gaan van zeer eenvoudig tot complex met dynamische content, segmentatie of personalisatie op basis van gedrag of profiel. VRT is daarom op zoek naar een out-of-the box customer communicatietool die een oplossing biedt voor het uitsturen van al onze digitale mails. De tool moet het mogelijk maken om verschillende soorten e-mails te versturen en campagnes op te zetten voor non-IT medewerkers/online redacteurs.
