Description
Øksnes municipality invites contractors with their helpers to participate in a price and design competition with negotiations over the EEA threshold in accordance with the regulations parts I and III. The competition will be held in two phases, with a decision in the first phase on who will be invited to participate in the competition. This document comprises the first phase - prequalification of the contractors with helpers.

- Price — The price shall be in the completed price form.

- Quality — This concerns how the tenderer envisages the process in the interaction phase and the construction period shall take place.
