Het doel van deze Aanbesteding is het afsluiten van één (1) Overeenkomst met maximaal één (1) Opdrachtnemer voor het leveren van een CRM-oplossing incl. zaak- en workflowsysteem en DMS/RMA, hierna gezamenlijk aangeduid als CRM Oplossing. De Opdracht omvat tevens de inrichting, implementatie, migratie naar en adoptie van deze oplossing, alsook het uitvoeren van toekomstige doorontwikkelingen en optimalisaties. 500.000
