Le présent marché a pour objet la création et la gestion d'une société de libre partenariat (SLP) qui sera le véhicule détenteur des fonds d'actifs non cotés de la Cipav. Le rôle du gestionnaire AIFM sera d'être la ManCo de la SLP. Le Titulaire devra également piloter le transfert des positions actuellement détenues par la Cipav dans la SLP
