Description
The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with a tenderer for project management in connection with the establishment of a new county road in Arendal municipality and with responsibility in both the development plan phase and the engineering design phase. The contracting authority draws particular attention to the fact that the project is not fully financed. Some financing has temporarily been received over the national budget and a share from Agder County. If there is no financing, the ordering can be cancelled in accordance with point. C.2.23 may be relevant.
