Description
Om de correlatie van licht- en elektronenmicroscopiewaarnemingen mogelijk te maken, proberen we onze instrumenttoolkit uit te breiden met een cryoconfocale microscoop, die ook geschikt moet zijn voor RT CLEM-workflows. Omdat we zelf cryo-correlatieve workflows ontwikkelen en in nauwe samenwerking met het laboratorium van de afdeling Imaging Physics, is compatibiliteit met onze bestaande cryogene apparatuur en gezamenlijke workflows van het grootste belang om vertragingen te voorkomen die vooruitgang in de weg staan. Deze compatibiliteitseis geldt in het bijzonder voor een LINKAM-CMS196M cryo-fase en in-house ontwikkelde cryo-transfersystemen die voor deze fase zijn ontworpen en die momenteel de centrale elementen zijn die worden gebruikt als onderdeel van onze workflows.
