Description
GRID-Arendal regularly develops a wide range of communication products, including reports, infographics, atlases, promotional materials and visual narratives, which require professional copyediting, translation and design/layout services to ensure clarity, accuracy and visual appeal. In light of the above, GRID-Arendal is seeking a supplier to establish a framework agreement that will simplify the procurement process. Objectives The primary objectives of this framework agreement are: • Copyediting: To enhance the clarity, coherence, and readability of documents while ensuring grammatical accuracy and adherence to the organization's style guide. • Translation: To provide accurate and culturally appropriate translations of documents from source language to target language and vice versa, maintaining the original meaning and context. • Design/Layout: To create visually engaging layouts and graphics for documents, presentations, and promotional materials that align with the organization's branding guidelines.
