Description
Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron and Ringebu municipalities cooperate on some procurements. The cooperation means that several tender contests are held jointly. This tender contest includes all 3 municipalities. The municipalities are independent legal entities and will enter into separate contracts. Ringebu municipality is responsible for the implementation of this competition and hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for communication of interpretation services. A framework agreement shall be signed for the provision of interpretation services to ensure that the municipalities safeguard LOV-2021-06-11-79 Law on public bodies ́ responsibility for the use of interpreters etc. (the Interpretation Act). The contracting authority would primarily like to use interpreters registered in the National Interpreter Register and tenderers shall work to offer this. It will be the tenderer ́s responsibility to ensure that the interpreters used comply with chapter 3 'Interpretation Requirements' of the Interpreter Act.
