La consultation a pour objet la conclusion et l'exécution : - d'une convention de participation portant sur le risque prévoyance, accompagnée de son contrat collectif d'assurance à adhésion facultative des employeurs et des agents, - d'une convention de participation portant sur le risque santé, accompagnée de son contrat collectif d'assurance à adhésion facultative des employeurs et des agents. Les conventions sont conclues entre l'entité et un organisme d'assurance retenu à l'issue d'un appel à concurrence prévu par le décret n°2011-1474 du 8 novembre 2011.
