En application du décret n°2011-1474 du 8 novembre 2011 relatif à la participation des collectivités territoriales et de leurs établissements publics au financement de la protection sociale complémentaire de leurs agents, de la circulaire n°RDFB1220789C et des arrêtés relatifs à l'avis d'appel à la concurrence et aux critères de choix, la présente consultation a pour objectif de renouveler une convention de participation sur le risque Prévoyance pour le partenariat constitué entre la Ville, la Communauté d'agglomération et le CCAS de La Rochelle et d'y adjoindre 3 communes du territoire, à savoir Aytré, Bourgneuf et Périgny
