Description
In this document, Sibelga describes its future requirements for the development of its control system (ADMS). Each requirement is described in terms of our current vision of the evolution of Sibelga's network towards smarter, more active management (Smart-Grid). This description is not set in stone. These requirements can be summarised as follows: Sibelga needs to introduce tools to detect congestion risks on its network in real time or a few days in advance. Once these risks have been identified, the next step is to take the most appropriate action to reduce them. Two types of action are envisaged: through direct action (sending setpoints or operating margins) for users in the risk zone, or indirectly by communicating the zones to market players so that they can take appropriate action. Two additional requirements have been added. They involve the construction of a digital twin and a network simulator for exercises and training. These features are linked to the previous ones in that they are based on the same network model and calculation method.
