Description

La BFH prévoit de conclure avec trois soumissionnaires au maximum un contrat-cadre portant sur la livraison de serveurs, d'accessoires et de pièces de rechange du fabricant Super Micro Inc. pour une durée de quatre ans. Une prolongation de deux ans au maximum est possible en option. Les commandes d'une certaine importance sont attribuées à l'un des partenaires du contrat-cadre dans le cadre d'une procédure dite de "minitendering". Le déroulement de ces commandes est décrit dans le projet de contrat (annexe A01, chiffre 9).
