L'objectif est de conclure 4 contrats-cadres (lots 1 à 4 répartis selon région géographique) pour la fourniture de prestations de mensuration et de levés d’inventaires (sur le terrain et au bureau) dès le printemps 2025. Il est prévu d'effectuer plusieurs missions de prestations de mensuration et de levés d’inventaires par lot et par an selon les quantités estimatives des tableaux d’honoraires.
