Description
L'objectif est d'établir un contrat-cadre pour l’exécution – en fonction des besoins de CFF SA – de petits mandats de prestations en matière d’Assistance au Maître d’Ouvrage réalisée sur toutes les étapes d’un projet. Le nombre de projet en Suisse romande est en forte augmentation ces prochaines années. Cette situation engendre une insuffisance des ressources internes aux CFF. Afin de combler cette insuffisance de ressources, les CFF souhaitent confier des prestations d’AMO à des prestataires externes. Un contrat cadre est ainsi mis au point afin de compléter les ressources nécessaires aux besoins de chaque projet.
