Description
La présente consultation a pour objet de conclure un accord-cadre relatif à la fourniture de gaz naturel pour véhicules (GNV) et de GNV biosourcé (BioGNV), à l'exploitation et à l'entretien/maintenance de la station publique / privée située rue Jean Monnet à GUISE. Plus précisément, le titulaire aura la charge : - De satisfaire les besoins en alimentation en BioGNV (charges lentes et rapides) de la flotte de cars GNV de la RRTHDF ; - L'approvisionnement et la distribution de GNV / bioGNV aux usagers tiers et l'exploitation de la partie publique de la station ; - L'entretien et la maintenance préventive et curative de l'ensemble de la station (partie publique et partie privée). Le contrat est un contrat mixte au sens des articles L.1300-1 et L.1321-1 du Code de la commande publique. Il est conclu selon les règles applicables aux marchés publics.
