Le présent avis concerne la mise en concurrence du réseau de transport régulier ferré de voyageurs, exploité à ce jour en monopole par la société SNCF Voyageurs, et qui n'a jamais fait l'objet d'une mise en concurrence. Le présent avis fait suite à l'avis de préinformation n° 2023-445585 envoyé au JOUE le 17 juillet 2023. Le présent avis porte sur le contrat de service public qui sera spécifiquement dédié à l'exploitation des services régionaux de transport ferroviaire de voyageurs du lot A Poitou Charentes. Précisément, le lot A " Poitou Charentes" comprend les liaisons suivantes : - Poitiers-Châtellerault - Poitiers - Angoulême - Poitiers - La Rochelle - Angoulême - Bordeaux - Niort - Saintes - Royan - Angoulême - Saintes - Royan - La Rochelle - Bordeaux - La Rochelle - Rochefort. L'ensemble de ces lignes correspond à une offre théorique de 4.6 millions train-kilomètres (Service Annuel 2024), qui pourra augmenter potentiellement jusqu'à près de 7,5 millions de train-kilomètres en cours d'exécution du contrat de service public visé par cet avis selon les modalités qui seront précisées dans le DCE.
