Le présent marché concerne des prestations de dératisation, de désinsectisation et de désinfection des colonnes vide-ordures à réaliser sur les résidences du patrimoine de CDC HABITAT SOCIAL- CDC HABITAT et MEECAM situées en Ile-de-France (Départements 75-77-78-91-92-93-94-95). Les ensembles immobiliers concernés par ce marché sont indiqués dans l'annexe 1 de l'Acte d'Engagement. Afin de couvrir l'intégralité des besoins, ce marché comprend : UNE PARTIE FORFAITAIRE : o Réalisation des campagnes de dératisation, de désinsectisation et de désinfection des colonnes vide-ordures UNE PARTIE A BONS DE COMMANDES avec Bordereau de Prix unitaires (BPU) relatif aux prestations complémentaires, non comprises au forfait.
