Description
Le service attendu comprend la gestion technique du service Eau potable et du service Assainissement Collectif, la gestion des usagers, la gestion du budget de l'exploitation, la gestion de l'information de la CA Fécamp Caux Littoral et la gestion réglementaire. Le périmètre d'exploitation concerne 19 communes sur un total de 33 communes constituant le périmètre de CA de Fécamp Caux Littoral. Le Titulaire assure le financement de l'intégralité des dépenses liées à l'exploitation des services publics, ainsi que des travaux de renouvellement et neufs éventuellement mis à sa charge. En contrepartie du service rendu, le Titulaire est rémunéré directement par la Collectivité pour l'exécution des prestations prévues au contrat
