Le présent marché est soumis au CCAG FCS qui est complété et /ou dérogé par le présent CCAP. Il a pour objet : la maintenance des installations collectives de télévision numérique terrestre et satellites ainsi que des installations d'interphonie et de contrôle d'accès pour le compte de la Société d'Habitation des Alpes, sur son patrimoine situé essentiellement sur le département de l'Isère (quelques logements se trouvant sur la Drôme et la Savoie)
