Exploitation du service public de l'eau potable du Syndicat des Eaux du Pays de Honfleur. La concession est une délégation de service public soumise aux dispositions de l'article L. 1411-1 du Code général des collectivités territoriales. Le Délégataire exploitera le service à ses risques et périls et assumera la responsabilité du bon fonctionnement du service conformément aux dispositions du contrat et aux grands principes de service public
