Les CFF exploitent l'une des infrastructures ferroviaires les plus densément fréquentées au monde. Pour assurer la sécurité des voies par les postes d'aiguillage, il est indispensable de disposer d'installations de détection de voie sûres et hautement disponibles. L'objectif de l'appel d'offres est d'attribuer un contrat-cadre pour la conception, la livraison et la mise en service de systèmes de comptage d'essieux pour les vingt (20) prochaines années ainsi qu'un contrat de service correspondant pour l'acquisition de prestations de support et de matériel de remplacement pendant toute la durée de vie du produit.
