Description
Het COA heeft op alle dagen behoefte aan contractcatering ten behoeve van de bewoners op locaties. De leveringen en diensten kunnen van toepassing zijn op alle locaties van het COA én op die noodopvanglocaties waar bewoners niet zelfstandig een warme maaltijd kunnen bereiden. Op de locaties waar de bewoners normaliter zelf in hun maaltijden voorzien kan altijd sprake zijn van quarantaine of ‘time outs’ waardoor een bewoner dat tijdelijk niet kan. Naast de levering is er behoefte aan de distributie van de maaltijden. Hierbij is het principe van ‘ontkoppeld koken’ van toepassing, waarbij de opdrachtnemer, afhankelijk van de voorzieningen op de betreffende locatie, de geleverde maaltijden eerst opwarmt en dan serveert, danwel koud verstrekt.
