Description
The procurement is for a turnkey contract for the construction of an ambulance station and offices in Andreas Kjærs vei at Eg in Kristiansand.The project shall contribute to strengthening the stand-by and efficiency of the ambulance service, while also providing modern and flexible office premises for rent within, among other things, health related businesses. The building will focus on sustainability, including energy efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials.
Award criteria
- Price — Evaluation of the price based on the completed price form in the competition.
- Quality — Evaluation of experience and competence of the tenderers ́ offered project manager, site manager(s), engineering design manager and ITB Coordinator.
- Quality — Evaluation of the tenderer's assignment comprehension and quality of the implementation plan, including progress planning and sub-hand overs, based on the tenderer ́s project description/plan.
