Description
The framework agreement includes constructional services such as: Maintenance and ongoing work: This includes ongoing maintenance of buildings and buildings, as well as improvements to minor damage and defects arising. Planned maintenance work: This includes periodic maintenance and upgrading of the buildings, e.g. facade renovation, roofing, replacing windows and doors. Projects of variable sizes: This includes smaller and larger construction projects such as alterations, renovations and extensions. Acute repairs: This includes quick improvements to acute injuries and defects that occur, for example in the event of water leaks, storm damage or break-ins. Tenderers must be able to offer services within the following disciplines: Joinery workMurs work, Painting flooring Project management (for planned maintenance projects).
