Description
Achizitie de medicamente pentru un nr. de 351 loturi conform specificatiilor din caietului de sarcini si a informatiilor privind loturile - din fisa de date. Valoarea estimata a procedurii, (in functie de care se vor elabora si evalua ofertele), este valoarea minima a intervalului, adica valoarea contractului de la 01.05.2025 pina la 31.12.2025 (8 luni din anul 2025 respectiv 01.05.2025-31.12.2025) iar valoarea maxima a intervalului reprezinta valoarea estimata a contractului ce contine si posibile suplimentari( 4 luni -valoarea de la 01.01.2026 pina la 30.04.2026).Suplimentarea cantitatilor de produse este conditionata de existenta resurselor financiare alocate cu aceasta destinatie. Numarul de zile pina la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 10 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Valoarea estimata fara TVA: intre 818390.77 si 1187087.55 RON.
