Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like a contract for maintenance of the programme. EFFECT, which is the Norwegian Public Roads Administration ́s tool for cost-benefit analysis of initiatives in the transport system. The service shall briefly include first and second line user support, courses, troubleshooting, error recovery, program corrections and updates, updating of basic data (ferry fares, traffic prognoses and price indexes), new versions, preventive maintenance, as well as maintaining competence on the system and the system ́s technological platform.
