Achizitie bitum tip D50/70, valoarea minima fiind cea estimata pana la 31.12.2025, iar cea maxima reprezentand valoarea estimata globala ce cuprinde si valoarea posibilelor suplimentari, pentru care contractul se poate prelungi cu 4 luni, prin act aditional, in conformitate cu art.165 din HG.395/2016, fara a se modifica conditiile contractuale initiale, respectiv pana la data de 30.04.2026, conditionat de existenta resurselor financiare alocate cu aceasta destinatie.
