Description
Trondheim municipality c/o Municipal Engineering, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open competition for a contract in the project 'Framework agreement for engineering design and consulting services for water and sewage, geo-assistance and road measures. The contracting authority would like tenders from consultants with the professional, technical and financial basis necessary to fulfil the contract. Furthermore, experience is required from work with the disciplines discussed in the tender documentation. The competition will be carried out via the contracting authority ́s competition tool Mercell. All communication and tender submissions will be via Mercell.
Award criteria
- Price — Completed remuneration form and price form for field work and laboratory surveys. Any reservation costs shall be stated in the tender letter.
