Description
The assignment is for cleaning Helfo ́s premises on the first floor of Kanalsletta 4, 4033 Stavanger. The total area is approx. 808 m2. The floor area cleaning is on the cleaning plan from the architect stated to approx. 765 m2. At this address, 53 employees are currently working. Of these, approx. 10 are commuters who are only present at the premises a few times per month. A comprehensive cleaning service shall be provided, where the tenderer is responsible for holding cleaning agents, equipment, machines etc. The assignment consists of the following: Regular cleaning Regular additional services regulations for sanitary serviceOrder cleaning, ordered separately See Annex 1 Requirement Specifications for further information.
