In order to strengthen the development of systems and services for actors in the health sector, The Norwegian Health Network aims at raising the productivity level and making operational activities more efficient. As a part of this, we have initiated work to further develop our cost model. We would like to create a more transparent cost structure to provide insight into important consumer and cost drivers for our services. The Norwegian Health Network requests assistance from a team of 2 - 4 consultants. The team shall work closely together key resources from the Norwegian Health Network.
