Description
Necesitatea achizitiei de contoare este de natura permanenta, avand in vedere urmatoarele aspecte: -extinderea continua a retelelor de distributie apa care determina noi consumatori, noi bransamente; -necesitatea de a inlocui contoarele existente care in urma verificarilor metrologice nu se mai incadreaza in limitele admise de lege; -inlocuirea contoarelor mecanice cu contoare cu un principiu de functionare inovativ, mai fiabile fara piese in miscare si cu un echipament pentru transmiterea datelor la distanta integrat in contor. Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 17 zile
