Obiectul Acordului Cadru este achizitia de Contoare trifazate de energie electrica, multitarif si curba de sarcina. Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite anual sau ori de cate ori necesitatile beneficiarului o impun. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare: 17 zile.
