Description
Die Gruppe von Prof. Michal Juricek vom Institut für Chemie an der UZH plant die Anschaffung eines hoch-sensitiven EPR-Messgerätes zur angemessenen Charakterisierung von Molekülen mit ungepaarten Elektronen. Dabei ist es essenziell, dass Messungen in einem Temperaturbereich von 4 – 300 K möglich sind. Eine hohe Priorität ist dabei, dass Proben mit elektromagnetischer Strahlung im Bereich von 200 – 2000 nm bestrahlt werden können. Zusätzlich muss das Gerät die Möglichkeit bieten, die Spektralregion zu variieren, was es ermöglicht, organische, als auch anorganische Moleküle charakterisieren zu können.
