Description
Het voorwerp van de aanbesteding is leveren van een Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), inclusief Workforce Optimalization (WFO) functionaliteiten en SIP-trunk componenten, ter ondersteuning van diverse bedrijfsgroepen die klantcontact verzorgen. De gevraagde oplossing zal worden ingezet door het Klantcontactcenter (KCC), de Centrale storingsdienst (CSR) en andere afdelingen die in contact staan met zowel zakelijke klanten als consumenten. De scope van de opdracht omvat de volgende onderdelen: de functionele componenten, de implementatie, dienstverlening en advies/strategisch partnerschap.
