Description

De directie informatievoorziening (IV) van de Belastingdienst levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de dienstverlening van de Belastingdienst (directoraten Belastingdienst, Toeslagen, Douane). Een van de geleverde diensten is een contactcenterdienst voor onder andere de Belastingtelefoon. In verband met de voorbereiding op een mogelijke aanbesteding, de beweging van de markt richting cloud oplossingen en een mogelijke transitie op basis van ecosystemen en de rol van implementatiepartners daarbij is deze marktconsultatie opgestart.
