Description
The Arctic University of Norway wishes to enter into framework agreements for consultancy engineering services for new buildings, renovations, alterations as well as operation and maintenance of buildings and outdoor installations at UiT.
Award criteria
- Price — The price criterium will be evaluated based on the estimated consumption per annum. The total sum in the price form will be evaluated.
- Quality — Competence and experience of offered consultants within disciplines 1 to 4 (RIB, RIBr, RIE and RIV) will be evaluated under this criteria, beyond the minimum requirements, see point 3.4.
