La procédure vise l'attribution d'un contrat de concession au sens de l'article L. 1411-1 du Code général des collectivités territoriales et L. 1121-1 du Code de la commande publique portant sur l'exploitation, la maintenance et le gros entretien-renouvellement de l'Unité de Valorisation Energétique située Zone Industrielle - Avenue des Crayères - 51 520 La Veuve et des équipements annexes (UVA en cas d'affermissement de la TO), ainsi que la conception, le financement et la réalisation des Travaux, pour le traitement et la valorisation des déchets (DMA, encombrants, biodéchets et déchets verts) collectés sur le périmètre du GAC.
