Dynamic purchasing system for consultancy services within project and programme management as well as portfolio management. The scheme typically includes: • Manage digitalisation/development projects and sub-projects • Management/facilitate requirement specification • Manage implementation and roll-out projects on the supplier side • Support the implementation and execution of portfolio management The sector is carrying out digitalisation work in partnerships, or in collaboration with government actors in different municipal service areas.
