Description

The European Central Bank (ECB) is seeking suitable candidates through Call for Applications (CfA) that will be invited to participate in the negotiated procedure and to submit a tender for a Contract, which includes the following: • Provide expert guidance to develop, with input from ECB stakeholders, pulse surveys in alignment with best practice, including a library of customisable, validated questions with benchmarks. • Deliver an external online platform for administering the pulse survey, analysing the results, and following-up. • Deliver dashboards with a range of survey analytics, including descriptive, predictive, trend, and sentiment analysis. • Deliver action plan management tools including dashboards, templates, and targetted recommendations. • Provide onboarding support and training for HR staff and other employees (e.g. managers) who may access the platform to launch surveys, view analytics dashboards, and access action plannning templates and recommendations. • Provide project management support for the pulse survey design, implementation, and follow-up.
