Description
Alliander zoekt een hoogwaardige strategische partner die de energietransitie van Alliander helpt versnellen en meer werk te maken, door het planning proces op cruciale bottlenecks in de gehele keten van Alliander te optimaliseren en de benodigde business transformatie hiervoor weet te realiseren. De partner zal Alliander ondersteunen om de volgende stappen die worden gezet in het ontwikkelen van Integrale Sturing. Integrale Sturing is zowel een methode om snel tot resultaten en waarde voor de business te komen als een concept. Het doel is om vanuit een duidelijke integrale visie over de Organisatie Onderdelen (OO’s) heen digitale tools voor medewerkers in de operatie te realiseren, zodat zij geholpen worden bij het maken van de ingewikkelde keuzes en optimalisaties die niet makkelijk kunnen worden overzien. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om met 1 partij een raamovereenkomst te sluiten betreffende het leveren van consultancy dienstverlening, om invulling te geven aan deze behoefte.
