Description
Norsk Tipping shall enter into a framework agreement with a Consultant broker who shall communicate consultants to the company within different disciplines. The consultant broker shall ensure that Norsk Tipping can cover his consultancy needs by having the necessary competence and capacity in the consultant network to provide consultants throughout the contract period. Tenderers must confirm their independence to consultancy companies and have consultancy brokering as their primary business.
